- 1/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Unflavored Collagen Peptides, Two options are Vital Proteins and Perfect Keto
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
- Sugar-free Whipped Cream, optional
