  • 1 medium egg

  • 2 cups (200g) almond flour (reduce by 2 tablespoons for super-fine almond flour)

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice (approximately 1 large lemon)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Lemon Glaze:
  • ¼ cup (30g) powdered erythritol

  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Lemon zest, to taste
