- 1 egg
- 1-ounce cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
How to prepare Keto Oreo Chaffle:
1 In the first step heats up your waffle maker to medium heat.
2 Take a medium bowl and add cream cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit, and vanilla beat the eggs and mix them with a hand mixer or electric mixer till they get well combined.
3 With the help of a large scoop pour half the mixture into the waffle iron. Close the waffle maker and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
4 When it is cooked properly let it remove from the waffle maker and make another one with the same process.
Filling: Easy Chaffle Recipe :
Take a medium bowl and add butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla, and salt and whisk together with an electric mixer or hand mixer.
Layout the filling in between with a chocolate chaffle.
