What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% Milk

  • 2-3 drops Coconut Extract

How to Make It:

  1. Mix: Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mix into a Ninja Creami pint. Put the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Cream: Put the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami. Use the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. Then, “re-spin” it two times for the best creamy texture.
  4. Enjoy: Scoop and eat right away!

Tips:

  • Taste the mix before freezing. Add more sweetener or coconut extract if you want.
  • You can add a little coconut cream for extra creaminess.
  • If you have left overs, refreeze and respin.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% Fairlife Milk

  • 1 scoop Now Foods Whey Protein Isolate

  • 5.3 oz Low Carb coconut yogurt I used Too Good & Co

  • 2 packets stevia or sweetener of choice

  • 2-3 drops coconut extract

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.
  • Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place.
  • Run the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream function. You will need to respin twice for the best texture.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Notes – I tasted the base after I had already mixed and taken a picture of the ingredients. It didn’t taste enough of coconut for me so I added a little bit of coconut extract. If the base isn’t sweet enough for you, add more of your desired sweetener.
