Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • 8 Lasagna Sheets

  • 750g Ground Beef/Minced Beef

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 1 Can Tinned Tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree/Paste

  • 2 Tsp Frozen Chopped Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Parsley

  • 1 Tbsp Oregano

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray


  • Peel and slice the onion, then load it into the air fryer basket. Spray with extra virgin olive oil and cook for 3 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
  • While the onion is cooking, place the dried lasagna sheets into a large casserole dish filled with water. Soak until soft, then drain excess liquid.
  • Transfer the cooked onions into a silicone dish. Add minced beef, salt, pepper, half the parsley, and half the garlic. Air fry for 5 minutes at 180°C/360°F, stir, then air fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  • Move the cooked beef into a mixing bowl. Mix with the remaining garlic and parsley, oregano, tomato puree, and tinned tomatoes.
  • Layer Bolognese into the silicone dish, followed by lasagna sheets. Repeat layers, ending with cheese sauce.
